GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


Article 1 – Purpose


The present general terms and conditions of sale govern the services provided by Lakitue Association to its clients. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 – Orders


All service requests must be confirmed in writing (signed quote, purchase order, email validating the service). The order becomes firm and final upon this confirmation.


Article 3 – Price and Payment


The prices are expressed in euros and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

The payment is due according to the terms specified in the quote or invoice. Any delay in payment may result in the application of penalties in accordance with the applicable legislation.


Article 4 – Performance of Services


The service provider agrees to perform the services in accordance with the validated order.

Once the service has been performed and delivered, no cancellation, refund, or modification can be requested by the client.


Article 5 – Liability


The service provider cannot be held responsible for the consequences related to the improper use of the deliverables by the client. The service provider's liability is limited to the amount of the billed service.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal


The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of the paid invoice to exercise their right of withdrawal without reason. The withdrawal must be notified in writing.

This right does not apply if the service has been fully performed before the end of the deadline and with the prior agreement of the client.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund of the amounts paid will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used by the customer.


Article 6 – Claims


All claims must be made in writing within 14 days following the completion of the service. After this period, the service is deemed compliant and accepted, except in cases of force majeure as defined by law.


Article 7 – Force majeure


The service provider's liability cannot be engaged in the event of delay or non-performance of the service resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by law.


Article 8 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction


The present conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [city].
